½ cup water - can use either orange juice or water
2 tablespoons sugar - if you like to use a sugar substitute please feel free to use that
2 pints of fresh or frozen raspberries - use fresh when they are in season
Blend the raspberries, sugar, and water in a blender such as a Magic Bullet and pour it into a Ninja Creami Pint.
Freeze: Place the lid on the pint and freeze for about 6-8 hours or until the mixture is solid.
Blend in the Ninja Creami: Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and attach it to the Ninja Creami Machine. Select the "Sorbet" setting and let the machine do its magic.
Check to see how the sorbet is looking after the first blend. Might have to add in some orange juice or water and then respin it.
Serve: Once blended, scoop the raspberry sorbet into a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing homemade ice cream!
